Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, Sarah's Vintage does not currently accept any returns or exchanges for any reason. Please be sure to carefully review the product descriptions and all images before making your purchase. We are also happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding an item through email at sarah@sarahsvintage.com.
Our shipping and processing turnaround time is usually quick but with our travels can take up to 2-3 weeks from order date.
All items are shipped through USPS or UPS with the best shipping rates through our online provider.
We also prefer to use recycled materials for packing including boxes and other shipping materials to be environmentally friendly.
If for any reason your item arrives broken, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping provider. Make sure to take pictures of your items including outside of the boxes, shipping materials and labels for your claim. It is also recommended to keep all shipping materials until your USPS or UPS provider has contacted you as sometimes they will need to inspect items.
For items that arrive damaged over $100 in value, please be sure to contact us at sarah@sarahsvintage.com, however you will still be responsible for filing a claim.
