about this book: Titled 'Hauk und Land' which means Hawk and Land is a "famous and much-quoted house book of its time with remarkable content" (H./A.), including detailed chapters and compilations on very rich work on brewing beer, brandy, viticulture, agriculture, horse breeding, horse medicine, poultry, gardening, sundials, cooking, hunting, falconry, fishing, anatomy, diseases and remedies for them, diseases caused by magic, arts and inventions , certificates and teaching letters, contracts, titular book, horticulture, gastronomy, beekeeping, medicine, household remedies, tricks, etc. as well as a letter writer.
